What are we striving for?
Worship team mission statement:

A faithful worship team magnifies the greatness of God in Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit by skillfully combining God’s Word with music and and thereby motivating the gathered church to proclaim the gospel, cherish God’s presence, and live for God’s glory.

Who are we looking for?
Worship team qualifications and commitments:

Faithful...to our commitments and dependable
Available... to be productively involved
Teachable... to be willing to grow in our expression and leadership of musical worship

What that looks like:

-regularly lead musical worship Sunday mornings- 9am-12:30pm
-weekly band practice (2hrs)
-regular personal practice to hone and cultivate your craft
-regularly in God’s Word and prayer as a disciple of Jesus
-actively involved in the church body as a disciple of Jesus via life group, Sunday school, etc...
-Bethel member or pursuing membership

Potential additional opportunities:

-special music prep for Easter, Christmas, et al...
-choirs: 2hrs/week for 8 weeks
-Children's ministry
-Awana, Christmas, Easter, VBS
-equipment maintenance
